I have a question....

I hate downloading latest version of Flash.... It's such a pain when I do, but Flash cracks it with my browsers when I leave it too long to update.

Every time I try to update when the prompt comes out.... It says 'Actionlist is missing' and aborts the update.

What is this list and do I have to download it from somewhere? and how do I do it.

Its safer & more practical to update to the latest version of Flash from the Adobe website HERE And if you have any problems theres a very thorough help section there.

I find the newest version of Flash is often better avoided. On some browsers ( like Maxthon) the flash doesn't automatically update so if you find one that works well it's better to stick with it. On more main line browsers you can adjust the settings to prevent upgrades. I currently use 11.5 502.110 on maxthon 3 5.2.1000. You can see which version of flash you are using by right clicking on your Play Now button.
