This guy played so ridiculously bad, messed up all of our game in an alt. I was simply very supportive and positive. We lost one under despite his poor contribution. At the end he insulted me and the players of the winning team ! Then I find a pathetic post on my wall blaming me for the loss ... A fine gentleman.
When a player has a pathetic player name, plays really bad and behaves really bad, simply block him/her.
