I play via Facebook and have same issue as well.

I also want to know how to remove the wgt notification on my facebook page that says something like "promoted to Master", "Completed round on St Andrews", etc.

People say they posted a message on my "Wall".  Apparently you "messages", etc.

The Country Club page very rarely comes up when i click via facebook.

Try a java update if this  is missing.  Someone else had a similar problem recently but they were using FireFox and they cured the problem by resetting their browser.

That doesn't fix the problem.  I've tried 3 different browsers, all fully updated, but it appears that Facebook players do not have the same functionality outside of the game itself as the WGT.com players have.

Why play anything through Facebook anyway?

I never heard of the game until it was advertised on Facebook and a "play now" type link. You then sign up. After that, you cant log into wgt any other way.

Its total BS that you cant log in both ways

its bs that you cant see your wall (nor anyone elses)

Its bs that you cant add/delete friends from the profile page.

Its obvious that WGT testers/developers didnt/dont spend much time playing/testing via facebook. which i have to imagine that a big growth of NEW users come via Facebook.

One good thing is that it appears that the double-charging bug has been fixed

Facebook games are ripe with viruses and malware, it seems point less to log into wgt's website from another website. Why not just go directly to wgt? It  may fix your issues. So let me digest this, if you log in thru  Facebook you cant log in from wgt website?  sounds ignorant, but then again wgt is not the face of integrity or products that work lmao

correct.  even at the top of this forum page, it says this

It appears that you already have an account to play WGT Golf on Facebook.
You will not be able to use that same account to play World Golf Tour on www.WGT.com.
Continue on WGT.com Go to WGT Golf on Facebook »
and of course you cant have two accounts.  If i log out of forums and come back as guest, i can then see my wall and other sh!t. That also confirms its not a browswer thing.  However, i cant do anything since im not logged in.

Seems only recourse is to close that account( emailing wgt of course) and start a new account from wgt's page alone. Good luck sir
