Are you still having problems ?. I have had same for last couple of weeks. It seems to be happening to UK users mid to late afternoon. I have a thread on Community Introductions titled Disconnects etc. I have sent about 6 e-mails to WGT but not got any answer yet. Today, I logged in at about 12:15pm, lost connection at 12:45 and couldn`t get back in for hours. Evenings are fine. It is driving me up the wall !!!!

What browsers are you both using? Did you do the usual clearing of caches, etc...?

You're logged on if you can post here. I assume you're not see the Play Now button? If that's the case, copy the game address into a new browser page.

Obviously I was logged on to post here. I sense a bit of sarcasm there. I can only post in evening UK time. I tried to reply to comments earlier. I managed to log on at 2 pm UK time. As i was trying to type my reply I was disconnected 11 times. Managed to reconnect each time for a couple of minutes but then, at 2:30pm I was disconnected and could not reconnect. I kept trying until 4:30 but no luck. I also pinged wgt about 20 times and it failed each time. As well as all that, I asked a friend to try the site and he couldn`t log in either. After my meal I have returned to my PC at 6:30 pm and connected straight away. As I, and others have said, mid to late afternoon, no chance of connection. Evenings, no problem. I have cleared my cache, which I have never had to do in nearly 4 years of playing. I use Google, which again, I have used all the time I have been wgt member. I have e-mailed wgt 8 times. They said they would look at problem. The last communication from them was on 2 September. I still think it`s a problem associated with UK members.

Wasn't even talking to you, your post wasn't there when I responded to the OP who, incidentally, wasn't complaining about disconnects. The Play Now box hasn't been loading for a number of people because of something with Flash which is the assumption I made as to what they meant.

If he had your problem I would have advised him to try resetting his modem.

I assumed you were talking to both of us as RJ, who posted before you replied to both of us. Did reset modem. Made no difference. I just won`t play afternoons. Maybe i won`t spend as much on golf balls lol
