No menu at all Andy? (its called a context menu by the way). Do you get anything when not in a flash window?

Just discovered a keyboard shortcut for a right click so you could try this...

First you need to enable 'Mouse keys'. Open up 'Control Panel' then 'Ease Of Access' then 'Change How Your Mouse Works' then check 'Turn On Mouse Keys'. Make sure 'Num Lock' is off on the keyboard number pad and then again on the keyboard number pad press the number '5' key, hopefully that should work the same as a right click. If a little mouse icon hasn't appeared in the system tray then the 'Mouse Keys' aren't activated and it won't work.

If none of that works try this, in the search window at the bottom of the start menu, type %appdata%\macromedia  right click on the macromedia folder that the search brings up and click delete.
