  Our First Qualifying tournaments for the 'monthly' medal and Southern Salver are now underway!

  Every Wednesday see's 'The coastal trophy' ranked tournament take place.

  Final leaderboard for week ending 15/09/13

  Congratulations to EdDuke1970 for recording an outstanding score of 60 to take Southern's weekly Captain's Pennant and 55 Ranking Points along with it.

  Congratulations to Mike9950 who took top honours in the corresponding lower tier event, the Captains shield, 55 points taken along with his victory.

  DannyMcFly tops our first Order of Merit with an impressive week of golf, qualifying for the monthly medal, Southern Salver and taking top spot in both the Merion Classic. and Coastal Trophy.

  BallySackilroy has had an outstanding week holding onto the rolling matchplay title, seeing off an impressive 5 challenges this week.

  We've welcomed more new members who are settling in to Southern's packed program of events and we are seeking a limited amount of members before we temporarily close our membership.

  The site now has an additional tab in navigation. 'Majors' 
  
  Obviously, this year we are almost at the end of the season so it's slightly different, next year will be where the club really shines with our full season. 
  
  Mirroring the real world majors 
  
  The Southern Masters 
  The Southern US Open 
  The Southern Open Championship 
  The Inauguration Cup 
  
  A '5th' Major will be our club championship. The club championship  will be competed for throughout the 'off-season' by the top 30 players on the Order of Merit, therefore it is vitally important that you accumulate as many points as possible throughout the season. remember, participation in the 2 weekly qualifiers and the coastal trophy guarantees you 15 pts every week provided you record any score. WD gets you nothing! 

  
  Along with our regular weekly and monthly schedule, there is an incredible amount of competitive content available to club members. 
  
  Plans are also in development for an alt-shot championship and a match-play championship, details will be provided as soon as things have been finalised.

  No Offense but Instead of using Community introductions why not post where CC recruiting is supposed to be used, in Country Club Corner.
