How does one know?

    I have been here for almost 3 years and just sent in my first two Bugs to wgt . The issue is the precision of my clubs ,and putter it's just not there, to what my clubs are rated for.

    So how do I know if the issue has been looked into, will they contact me one way or another by email?

    Putter issue:  No dots moving , a very straight put  appox. 6 feet. Ball pushes off to the right coming off club face.

     

    Wedge issue : 90 yards away from hole 3mph wind in my face 12:00 ding the shot ball goes 8 feet to the side of the pin.

     This has been happening for some time now , and due to  the frequency of the problem is why I sent in the report.

    No. You'll never know or hear anything from them when you submit a bug report. Not even a conformation that they received it. This is the reason i stopped submitting them.

    The best way is to send details to them via the Contact Us link on the bottom of this page. I've always got a reply, sometimes within a couple of hours.

    Thanks, did not save the replays, just copied them and sent them in the report

    no, you will not be contacted but I know engineers always look at the reports.

    Are we supposed to submit bug reports for these, I thought that was a feature?
