  Which 3 wood or fairway wood is the best and most recommended?

  I would say either the level 41 R11 s 3 wood  or the level 69 Rocket Ballz 3 wood. or you could wait 7 levels and get the level 81 Ping G20 3 wood. It depends on how much you want to spend and what you are trying to accomplish in your game.

  That is a moving target dependent on your tier and XP level.

  I currently use the TaylorMade R11 3-Wood L84+, but I will upgrade to the TaylorMade R11s 3-Wood L95+ when I get to L95.

  I currently use the TaylorMade R11 3-Wood L84+, but I will upgrade to the TaylorMade R11s 3-Wood L95+ when I get to L95.

   

  I thought about mentioning the higher level R11 and R11s but he is 10 levels from the R11 and 21 levels from the R11s. It will take quite sometime for him to level up that much unless he spends a lot of credits on level up boosts.
