I think players that leave games early without forfeiting because of poor play or for any other reason are inconsiderate and should be penalized. Say for example have points deducted from their earned points. I'm tired of watching over 2 minutes a count down clock. I'm sure other players feel the same as I do. This is a problem that should be addressed and corrected. Not only would this make for a better game but it would also make the games play faster.

Also, maybe WGT could make it so that all players leaving a game could not "X" out of a game. They, WGT, could make it so that players could only get out of game by forfeiting out of it.

This has been addressed a million times - no change ever except for the completion checks. Me and many others think that WGT won't punish it's customers to keep them in the game - pling-pling.

As a tip, make friends, play in a Country Club - social ties lead to less quitting.

They can't know the reason a player disconnects. It's that simple.

Agreed but how bout the jackoffs that let the time run down clock after clock & then get disqualified...Punish those numbnuts at least some pts or add 2 strokes to their teir avg.

Things happen that can cause a player to timeout that has nothing do to with being a "jackoff". I did a couple of times after a hard 12 hour night and fell asleep and woke up 1/2 hour or so later to see the you have been DQ'd for time expiration.

Adding strokes to tier average is only going to help them sandbag even more to fleece people out of credits....

Your proposal encourages more people to engage in the behavior you're trying to stop.
