There have long been calls for more information to be displayed on scorecards. This would make it so much easier for the organization of community-run tournaments (so that conditions and settings could be verified without multiple screenshots taken and posted).
It would also put player's achievements in context. When we see a scorecard posted in the forums, we have no idea what the clubs used were, how tough the conditions were, or any of the factors.
And, with the introduction of Gimme Putts, more detail on scorecards now becomes essential.
Many community-run tourneys depend on using Practice Mode, in order to have set conditions apply to the whole field. This is a great benefit and feature of WGT: that even though players are of different tiers and skills, it is possible to set up level playing field events.
However, the addition of Gimme Putts in practice mode affects this significantly, as there is now no way to guarantee that players have not used this feature (other than relying on the policing of a playing partner in multi-player mode). I raised a similar concern about scorecards when Mulligans were introduced.
How about addressing all of these concerns by adding more detail to the Scorecards. Here's a crude example:

My guess is that this would not involve much programming: it's a display issue. All the data is already there in the system at 'game end.' It must be: since you can click Play Again, and get a game set up that's got the same parameters (of hole locations, tees, green speed, wind, lies).
Note that I'm suggesting the addition, in finer print, of rows for Mulligans and Gimmes. I'm not clear on how these are counted right now in WGT's system. Mulligans appear to have some bizarre count that gets added to Putts in a way that doesn't quite make sense. And so far, I can't tell how Gimme's appear: it seems they might show up for you as the player, but not for your playing partner on your display of the card... ?!!!
I'm proposing too that WGT adds a club set 'snapshot' (a copy of the code from a player's profile at that given moment in time) which would really put a score in context.
How about it, WGT? Any chance you could give this serious consideration?
Thanks, Corwyn
P.S. I'm sure others have suggestions too. What else could/should be displayed on a card? A timestamp, perhaps?
For instance, I'd also love there to be a way to get the above level of detail along with the playing partner(s) score (in the same screen), again so there's proof that the round was played together.
