Annoying Sounds

  Started playing a country club tournament and now there are REPEATED bird sounds that are exactly the same. This is one of the most ridiculous and STUPID things to  come along on this site. You will NEVER be able to duplicate the REAL feel of an actual golf game, so get rid of these types of unnecessary, distracting and  poorly done sounds. Your wasting good brain power that could be used somewhere else for game improvements.

  Its amazing that E1 puts a request to the WGT team for the Upcoming Product releases >Now they wish it NEVER HAPPEN really ?

  I was wondering what these new sounds would be like if we ever got them. ( I didn't personally request them ). I guess there are a bunch of folks that will like them but what I like most about the real golf course are the smells of the fresh cut grass and the freshness of the morning air.  I won't make such a request because it seems impossible.  Anyway I was listening to the birds on Bethpage Black and then I heard the sounds of the ocean.  I don't think there is an ocean nearby so I surmise that it is supposed to be the wind blowing thru the trees. Well I found it too distracting and I DO want to thank WGT for the OFF button.  I hope that there are many folks that enjoy the sounds

  Yep.

  There's plenty of fresh, non-aged, but fermented whine about the new sounds in the WGT Beta forum. LOL!

  Many did request it and this proves WGT do listen to requests. Whether or not they will please the individual does not matter - what WGT is doing is trying to improve the game. Personally they do not affect me as I always have the sound off, so I probably will never hear them, unless it is out of curiosity.

  Personally I would rather see some bugs fixed rather than bells and whistles being added

  Not everythimg WGT implement will please everyone, but this is a case of simply turning these effects off - so why the whines?

  I kinda liked the sound of the ocean waves and seagulls while playing Merion. ;)
