WGTicon:
Hi
We did have some instability tonight. It wasn't game per say but our datacenter. Hopefully it's over.

No it isn't over. There is instability EVERY night, and EVERY day.
Your servers, and/or your computer experts are not fit for purpose. God knows how many disconnects Today. (And everyday)
Are you suggesting that it is coincidence, when 3 or 4 people ALL disconnect at the same time?
We struggle on through more holes, only to be disconnected, later in the game. (''You have disconnected from the game 3 times'')
Cynics might suggest that WGT disconnect us deliberately, to earn advertising revenue from the adverts that we are FORCED to sit through, whilst waiting to be, ''Reconnected''
It is so easy to blame all and sundry. eg, computer, cache, chrome, flash, weather, day of the week, the wife, the dog, the economy. So many people who play this game must play other games online, WITHOUT problems.
It is, I suggest, in most instances, the fault of WGT. Accept this, and rectify the problems, and you may not kill the cash-cow that you have created.
Out of WGT's $millions, if not, $billions annual profit, spend some money to serve your CUSTOMERS.
I thought, ''The customer is King,'' was an American saying!
Somebody tell your Directors.
I don't expect this post to be published, as it has to pass through the moderators.
