  If WGT causes you to  be disconnected 3 times and the end of the match due to their system problems  they should credit the ball hits back since it can't be completed......

  I've had balls replaced before. You need to be nice though, perhaps that's where you are going wrong :-)

  We did have some instability tonight. It wasn't game per say but our datacenter.  Hopefully it's over.

  I just made a ' tongue in cheek ' remark upon the OPs want for ball hits back..

  YOU had to put your oar in and suggest how I should comport myself when conversing with WGT.

  Can't let stuff go can you....always have to have the last word !

  As to the OP, how does WGT cause you to disconnect...and three times???  Time to optimize your system if this happens..

  For this reason I would find it absurd that WGT would compensate you for ball use. The irony of all the quitters then emailing WGT, please sir, may I have my ball back? Laughable
