I finally bought credits because of double credit offer to first time buyers. I did not re ceive any extra. It should have tallied an extra 2000 credits which I sure could use. Anyone else with this problem?

What is the code for double credit offer for first time buyers? I'm thinking of taking advantage of this, but accidentally closed the window and it doesn't come back up when i exit the website and log in again. Thanks.
