Well no offense intended here, but, when 58% of your countries spending goes to the military and 4% goes to education, you can imagine things are only going to get worse.

In comparison, Canada spends 6% on Military and 12% on education.

My impression was 15 secs. Anyway, if you are content with what you have, discussion is soon over.

I 4 1 line up the shot before pulling the meter, and if it starts automatically after 15/25 secs, I repeat it. So what?

And here was me thinking I had lost something in translation.

As for the OP, your problems are considerably more than a timmer when putting. At level 96, off tour pro tees, and with reasonable equipment, all your stats from driving, GIR, saves to putting are bad.

Mostly you seem to play blitz where putting is generally not required.

As for your timer (assumption this is what you meant) are you talking in multi player modes. If there is no timer players would simply not hit if they were losing. Even then 30 seconds is usually enough to work out the break most holes - as for you, looking at your putting stats, I shudder to think how bad these would be if you didnt take your time.

Someone pointed out that are you holding the meter power while trying to line up the putt. Not sure of why because if you are holding the power you cannot change the direction unless you are a miss the ding player - if that is the case I would change your style.

The only other thing is the auto release that was introduced if you hold the meter for 15 seconds as announced ages ago by WGT.

If you want a hit just ask and I will try to help where I can, because something is drastically wrong with your game.

I do take offense to your post. Maybe you should do some research before making a foolish statement.

According to the latest actual spending data for 2011:

    Education spending = 897.2 B

    Defense spending = 879.4 B - of which 128.1 B was spent on veterans

By comparison the USA spent 1,014.9 B on pensions and 1,171.8 B on health care.

But I do agree the USA spends too much on the military. We should pull out of all foreign countries, especially Europe, and let the chips fall where they may. And did you ever think that residing on the USA north border, your country just might not need to spend as much on the military.

The discretionary budget refers to the part of the federal budget proposed by the President, and debated and decided by Congress each year.
