BEWARE new players, the setting for tournaments are completely unrealistic.  You will not be ready to play these tournaments, IMO.  Example: greens speeds are stupid fast.  Breaks are no ware near what u are used to seeing.  So please beware and be ready, to be disappointed.

Leadbetter Challenge: Tournament green speed and common settings for everyone. No tier separation in the leaderboard. My congratulations to you for biting your way through it!

Yes, these greens are probably 30% faster than your (Pro) "Fast Greens". They are running and breaking like mad - fun for others who have become used to them.

Yes, it's a big challenge for a Pro from longer (white) tees in elevated wind, and a wee fun, some embarassment and a lesson is all you can expect from your participation. My congrats again!

Winning score is 50, I am at #4461 with a medium -5 score.

If you concentrate on the regular weekly and monthly tournaments, you may have more fun and success with tier-related conditions and a tiered leaderboard.

    Exactly as Alosso has stated.

Usually Tournaments are tier specific and have the associated green speeds but this is an "open" tournament. (special prizes???)

The green speeds are considerably faster but no faster than if you play alternate shot with a legend, so treat it as a learning curve - one day you will consider this as the norm as you rise tiers.

I had one crack, and settled for a 57, a mile away from the leaders lol.

Actually with some time to reflect, even if these settings are fair, I just want the newer players to be ready.

Thank you for the kind response's :)
