  Anyone have any inside informaton as to what the new tier cutoffs are?

  My guess would be 61/65.  That's outside information though, so...take it with a grain of salt.

  if i had to guess its under 70 is master, 70-79.99 pro, 80-89.99 am, and over that is hack. Cause I was 67.5 when the change went through and i went to master

  IIRC, there is a time element somewhere....  ie, how long you have been registered with WGT.
