Fire the auto caddie

  I'd like to suggest that the game be reprogrammed to eliminate the script that automatically resets the putt meter when you change from putt to chip or pitch and back to putt view.  Very irritating to hit a putt after setting meter speed, lining up, hitting the ding and watching my 15 ft putt got 2 ft.

  It's been suggested a lot of times with little or no response. I think it comes under the heading "That won't make us any money so screw em."

  I have to agree on this one.

  I would add the caddy picking Pitch instead Punch or Full from inside 50 yards or so on approach shots too.

  Putts don't decrease ball life so I don't see how not changing the on the green caddy behavior could make WGT any money.

  Perhaps in some cases it's the caddie who should fire the player?

  My caddie always has cold beer. He is useless for any information to help my game but I have become attached to the useless old fart. Kind of like some of my old friends. I will keep them too.
