Does anybody know when it is possible to play on a tournament when you're not from the US???

Starting this month, players in Germany are eligible to enter tournaments. Just go to the tournaments page and enter the one you like.
By the way, the November stroke play tournament still says that is only for US players even though it's open to non-US ones...
