I am Tour pro 71.6 . it seems like when i went to level 84 the difficulty of hitting the ding became very hard. On return, I set my marker just a little in front of the ding but unless i hit the ding right on i am either 2 feets  either left or right.

What is the secret good buddies, best scoring i do now is like 39-42?

    Huskerketel.

Moving to Level 84 should not have made a difference in the behavior of your clubs or the speed of your default greens. The problem lies with your putter and your ability to read the contours of the green.  Trust me here, you really need a better putter.

There is a thread here that shows the actual precision of various putters (go to  the SEARCH box). It is absolutely outstanding at showing you what the better putters really do in game conditions.  There are also commentaries about which putters are best when you (intentionally) use  and "off ding" putting technique.

Good luck, we joined WGT at about the same time.

I used the putter that you are currently using until Master tier, then upgraded to the Level 35 Ghost...still using it today as a TL.  Good luck and be patient learning breaks and speed of putts.  I believe that you can putt well with any putter on here once you "master" the tool that you are using.

I took a quick look at your stats...tough to make 20+ foot putts on average.

Concentrate on playing approach shots closer...learn your clubs and how they roll, which holes hold/etc...much easier to make 8 footers than 25 footers:)

Best of luck...oh...if I have a choice, I always try to hit early or late into the break, in order to hold the line...so after reading your putt, if you feel it falls 2 feet right, don't be so focused on the ding, but try to hit the "ding-line" a bit early...and if right to left...focuse on the ding ine, but don't be afraid to hit a tad late.

The above assumes you are an aimer for the break.

    Best of luck.
