Replying To Messages HELP!!

  So all of a sudden I CAN NOT send replies to messages to either ones I receive or ones that I initiate. Text types in ok, I hit SEND, looks like its' going but it just never goes thru. Any Advice? Thanks

  Are you using Chrome?  There is an issue with that browser and messages being sent.  If you are using chrome can you try a different browser and let me know if you still run into the problem?

  If I initiate a message, it always goes through on the first try. If I reply to a message, it takes usually between 4 and 6 attempts before my message appears on the screen. Been this way for over a year. I use IE.

  Here's the workaround with Chrome.  Type your reply, then, highlight your reply and copy it to the clipboard.  Next, scroll down and click the "messages" button instead of send.  When you get to the messages screen, instead of clicking the message to open it, to the right there's this 3/4 circle with an arrow (for quick reply).  It' to the left of the "X", delete message.  A message box will open.  Paste your reply and click the send button.  It works! 

  I know it's a work-around ... but it seems to be better than the alternative.

  ya, sure.. Ill try a different browser & let you know, but really chrome is about the only thing (for me anyway) that works well actually playing.. We'll see Thanks for the reply

  So I download IE...I dumped it when I started using chrome.. Same deal. IE sucks for me, so I dumped it again. Ill just do DaddysKat fix for now. It's a pain in the you know where, but hey... it works.. Chrome rocks. IE...not so much. Suggest  WGT not worry about what browser we are using,  get with it and just fix the issue.. If you need help, let me know. My son works for CISCO.. Pretty sure he could figure it out.  Thanks

  While the work around is a pain, changing browsers every time something goes wrong with this game is just wrong.  Any ideas on how to fix this issue permanently, WGT?

  Please, you are concerned over a little problem like actually being able to respond to messages? Hey we got flashy lights on our equipment and a spiffy little camera icon. Some people are never satisfied :-)
