They brought it back for Black Friday , so for a short time . So for one day , and then poof , gone again , probably until Xmas. Between level up drinks, they will make a killing in sales .

    Confirmed.

"We brought back the Black R1 driver for Black Friday.

The TaylorMade Black R1 driver was the most popular virtual club in 2013, providing extra distance and forgiveness on WGT. Available for players at levels 11, 48 and 93, with upgraded shafts and lofts for optimum driving performance. Not to mention its sleek all-black look.

This limited-edition virtual driver is back for just a few days – thru Cyber Monday, 12/2 – so get yours now before it's gone forever."

I bought the driver...IMO it's too forgiving. It's  almost impossible to miss a fairway...you can miss the ding by a mile and it still goes straight.

Very nice Driver....  but you can miss the fairway with it....lol

Just be careful with the distance it can generate...  Some might think, that it's not much different to the R11's ... but it does have that wow factor every now again....which can get you into trouble, if your not ready for it.

I didn't even know it was out again and don't care.

Well you wouldn't as you already have an R1.

Sorry, let me clarify, I don't care who gets it at the inflated price.

Bought mine when it first came out, i was lucky i was racing to 94 for the R11s and at 93 was eligable.

Never tried the R11s driver, think i might buy to try.

I only go back to my R11s when playing Cong f9,but i am sure others  will  chip in,other than that the club is a cannon.
