"Shot-shaping"

    Here's the thing: yes, you can shape your shots via missing the ding. But that is not a function of the "shot-shaping" feature, it is a function of the club's forgiveness and precision, right? Has to be, since the best clubs shape the best and there's no provision BESIDES missing the ding for shaping it.

    I think Scott was on track---it was an intended improvement to the game that hasn't ever (so far) been implemented. Which leaves us in an awkward spot if it ever DID get implemented, in that all clubs do it the same! Oops. Guess they will never add a shot-shaping aspect to the game, like every other golf simulator I've played in the last 20 years had.  Lordy, even NES golf, for the original Nintendo, let you open or close your stance, I think! (I may be wrong there.)
