Dubfore: Regarding your point of order Peter, it's odd that you of all people can manage to get rd 11 played before round 10. It's not the first or second time that your 'correspondence' has been lacking regarding fixtures. You told one of your recent opponents that you're in the same time zone, a quick click on google will tell you that their are three times zones where you are based.
Okay, that's quite enough. It's tantamount to picking on me because other people are causing you grief.
Over Xmas this tournament had a nice relaxed atmosphere, now we are taling about dropping points for not getting games played. So what if I played my RD 11 match first - 100 plus was always available.
I have replied to billcliff and I have other factors that dictate when I can play - my grandson is here at the moment which means going out for family lunch.
I'm not up for you lecturing me like a schoolchild over a game that I fit in between much more important things. Where the hell do you get off criticising my communication skills. This tournament was supposed to be a bit of fun. You set the thing up and are whining about a bit of admin headache.
Up until a week ago you ran this tournament admirably - now you seem to be compounding forum error after error.
Seeing as our Round 12 game is now unlikely to be a friendly affair, I have decided to withdraw from this tournament.
I thank you for the efforts you have put in and all my opponents (played and not played) for some very fun games. I hope to see you all on the courses in the near future -especially Mantis as we have been playing for a couple of years prior to this anyway.
Best of luck to those few player left that get to Rd 15.
