Levels have no bearing on tiering up... This only opens up equipment in the Pro-Shop..
Sandbaggers use this to their own ends by staying on a lower tier whilst being able to get the best clubs..
I agree that equipment should be tier based to combat this but the powers that be stand to lose a lot of revenue if they do that!!!!!!
