Why can't I now play in tournaments

  Since this new tier and levels. I cant play in any tournaments. I don't understand this tier stuff. Can someone explain this to me.

  I'm also not too crazy about these new limitations,
  I was about to purchase the daytona putter this weekend
  as my new tier finally allowed it, and now I can't
  and probably won't be able to for some time,
  I think there should have been a grace/adjusting period for existing members
  before applying these new categories on them.

  Now up to level 32 from 30 after about 20+ rounds in 1 day and still cannot play in the following due to my level being too low:-

  Week 36 free multi-round open

  September 18 hole unlimited play

  September 18 hole open

  Can anybody advise at what level these tournaments are playable?  The way it's going, the number of entrants in these competitions could be very low, if any,  I can envisage a situation where someone out there plays non stop to increase their level and ending up winning all these competitions because they are the only entrant!
