"Play now" not working

  I've been here a couple weeks now and all has worked fine until a couple days ago.  when I click "play now" a blank screen comes up with a little icon in the upper left corner of the pop up window that says  "get adobe flash player".  Well, I'm running chrome which has it's own flash player that updates automatically.  

  I downloaded flash anyway with no luck.  I downloaded Chrome again with no luck.  The pop-up window never takes me to the game menu, just that adobe flash icon.

  I am pretty confident there is really nothing wrong with my system because I have no problems running anything else.  I can still play but in order to do so I have to use Internet explorer because everything works fine when I use that browser.

  Anyone have a clue what is going on?

  Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50 GHz, 8.00 GB RAM 64 bit.

  what happens when you clear your cookies and temp files for both flash and chrome browser and then reload the site?
