    Yup, has been a bit.

I was never really into Disco  - went on a different tangent with music round this time (ironic considering my career was conformist lol) but Disco had some advantages as I alluded to earlier lol!

So without further ado....and speaking of wood.......oops TMI

lol, or maybe you were after that ^^ Acid will do funny things to the memory..^^ got it on CD too.

And lets not advocate ANY 'knocking on wood' ? a nibble maybe...

Played one round in 3 hours...music suckers me in, nothing matches it.

    Signing off in 'Style'

Time to sink a few..balls not bevvies :)

You did sign off in "Style" - great tunes.

I too get lost in music, and like yourself, across all genres. So I shall sign off with a some music I got into on a trip to SA in the 80s.. I just like the  rhythm - I have NO idea what the lyrics mean (and I have a couple of their CDs)

Classic video lol - now you know  that  you are not in Kansas!

One of the all time great intros.

One of the all time great songs.

3 great ones MM. And who would have though JC would cover a Nine Inch Nails song!

    A couple more.

And a cover that has been done by every man, woman and their dogs

Thanks Alan.  I think there's a possibility posting something from Justin Timberlake might get you booted from the thread though.

Something I recently learned to play.  Great song and actually very easy.

A brilliant variation on an already great song.

WOW, WOW, WOW - Hotel - acoustic - simply brilliant! I had not heard this version before.

Rod Stewarts autobiography is a great read, even if you do not love his music.

Yes Timberlake may get me booted, but IMHO, is the best version of that song, even better than Mr Buckleys. In fact I nearly started a thread - the best covers

As it is Australia Day, heres an Aussie

    MainzMan:

Beautiful MM, the gnarled face and hands lent gravitas to the tune.
