Has anyone out in WGT Land ever got credit for a survey they were disqualified for after finishing it?????  Fill out the complaint with email and never hear a word and surely never get your 120 credits.  Just finished another survey 99%, 1/2 hour, put in the last answer and was told I don't qualify....I guess we just figure that's the way it is in WGT Land and go on. WGT Powers to be, rubbed their hands and smile they got another one....

People at WGT should try some of these surveys. I had one last week that I finished and the page said you have completed the survey and it thanked me. Then the next page said that they have already filled their quota and I got nothing.

It appears that WGT has no performance standards or code of ethics written into their contracts with the survey companies and WGT has no concern whatsoever for its individual members with regards to the survey companies.

Their silence about survey issues speaks volumes. For years they have sold access to their members but refuse to stand up for them. It's totally unacceptable that members should have to literally snapshot each individual page of a survey as evidence and then even have that rejected as proof.

In June a WGT employee attempted to intervene on our behalf after 6 years of silence by WGT. A few contacts were made, then total silence again. The employee did not even return to the discussion to say nothing would be done; it was as if he was given orders from above to stay the heck out of it and never speak of it again.

The problem is only with a small minority of survey companies but the same names consistently come up. Qualtrics is one.

When the employee bailed on the subject and WGT refused to handle awarding those credits, I suspended doing them and stopped the $20 - 30 a month I was gifting. For the $18 dollars it would have cost them to reimburse all those who were supportive of the survey process but complained about that one WGT has now lost about $150 on my account alone.

    Penny wise and dollar foolish.

I also took both of those surveys mentioned in the first 2 post. Spent 20 plus minutes on the one today and after answering the last question it says I did not qualify. Most of the time I do receive credit for the ones I complete. But some of them are a total waste of time.

If you do follow them up they often ask for proof that you can not provide. There are more vids that don't pay now too.
