When TL Tier was first introduced, everybody who had already played 400 ranked rounds as legend had to play another 100 R/Rounds and an Average of 60.00 to get promoted.
The 500 Ranked Rounds is correct.
With people under 60 Ave already there might be another ruling to that.... not too sure and also all the hidden rules that Wgt has, with people winning too many comps and also beating people from higher Tiers in M/Play games, that part of it is just too confusing....lol
There is nothing wrong with playing only one course too. Just the people in higher Tiers should play all the course so they get a good idea with what they are like if they want to.
