It seems that moderate play can bring one up about a level a day. But is there a chart somewhere with the specific figures for how you get points, or is it intended to remain a bit mysterious about the edges?

Its all a frigging mysterious to me, but what i do know is that every shot on a ranked round is counted as 1 point, even if you quit. So this means players can quickly fly up the ranks, by taking 10 shots a hole. It also means that players like me have to play in practice mode to avoid the legends tier. ....What a monster they've created.

    griffygriff:

    There's players starting on 40 plus....go figure!

That means we have no life....lol....Just kidding...it's going to be easy to get up to level 50 then I think it will begin to slow down....right now it takes about 2000 points to move up with it seems like the points needed to move up increases with every level up.

That's why the whole legend tier is flawed.  Average means nothing so someone if they wanted to prove a point can basically take 10 shots a hole just to move up.  I play mainly ready go so there is no playing around trying to move up levels.

I tried to write up the points needed to go up levels in a thread somewhere, but hardly anybody caught on. It seems like you get 10 points for each award, and 220 for a tournament 18 round. And I think I got 150 for a CTTH Ace.

Points needed to go up levels seems to increase as you level up, but no idea what is needed beyond the early 30s. A table with an overview would be nice. Is it 2000 between 79 and 80 - or 50,000?

Since nobody is there yet, WGT could make it up as they go along.

Good point. Which just goes to show, when the going gets tough, Iconian gets going.

Garbage, how does a 4 iron stop on a slope of the green, and a 27 foot putt that i hit 31/2 feet go 11 feet by the hole. yeah this is realistic indeed... challenge is that what u call it now? lmao.

i've played all 4 courses now and not 1 tourney green reacts the same. so i'm a legend now i guess???
