    Video complaints credits  etc.

I think WGT is actually trying to make our experiences a little better in the future,  Right  in the here and now there is going to be some problems... Whenever you have to update or upgrade a system there are going to be bugs thru out the process during and after for a time. This is not a minimal page program that we are playing.

The credit system has to be somewhat of a nightmare for programmers. Take the different countries for example.  How many different languages are the videos recorded in.  How do they keep them with the right ethnic group???   Just saying

Next ==have you ever had a virus or malware invade your own private system??  Well believe me if you havent then you have an invincible system yea;right.  No matter how well you think you are protected, someone always figures away to bypass your security.

So be patient golfers--I am sure as hell losing mine but i just back up, bite my tongue and know that it will be ok sooner than later.

Rock On Golfers and have fun!   I hope we don`t run out of balls. LOL  Thart will never happen as long as we have the wgt freeby.

It's inconvenient, but fortunately I use dimestore balls when I match.  Now if I needed max meteres or hexes or Nikes, I'd feel some crunch

I have enough credits saved that I can ride it out.

It seems to me that WGT's "plan" here, by drastically reducing the amount of videos here for earning credits, is to get as many people as possible to QUIT playing this game.

Or at the very least to get people here to play a LOT less than they used to here.   I know I have quit playing as much as I used to - before they took this action to reduce the amount of videos for credits here.    I don't play anywhere NEAR as much as I used to here.  Thanks for that WGT.

You missed out the reason why they should want to put themselves out of business.

Kelly- You're assuming the reduction is intentional on WGT's part. Consider that WGT is competing for the advertising budget of the companies that sponsor the videos and offers.

As the end of the year approaches those companies are looking for maximum "bang for their buck". They may be allocating additional money to television, radio and major website ads during the holiday season rather than advertise in the same mediums they use the rest of the year.

How inundated are we in our daily lives with new ads for Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the holiday season in general? Every one of those reduces the money available for advertising elsewhere. That translates to fewer ads and offers here. This business seems to be very consistent from month to month and not as subject to massive swings like retail is.

I'm sure if things don't recover here by the end of the month (as it has in past years) Mr. WGT will be sending some of his advertising sales staff to the unemployment line as he replaces them with people who can get the job done. After all, their success over the course of the entire year fuels part of his paycheck.

    DUH...........we're talking about WGT here

These are the same people who have done HUNDREDS of things here that leave their customers infuriated and or confused (at the very least)...........get a clue.

Some good points made by all.

They did drop views for 100 points for 100 view credits to 75 credits for 100 view points. Now you are lucky to get any views at all for credits. This really upsets me even tho i think WGt is trying to make things better.

No credits ---no good balls--no play the friggin game.

I dont think what i just wrote makes sense  but I think every one knows what I meant.

    TWOMINUSONE:

    bilagio:

January 1st 2014, only one 8 credit video available from WGT.

Err, thats more than we get in 1 full day here in little old Eire. And that is all the year through. Not having a go at you Bilagio, more at WGT or whoever runs these things.

+1 I seldom get anything other than the 7 carousel video views all year. Occasionally I may get a couple of additional videos worth 2-3 credits per week. And I have only ever had one survey in my time at WGT.

Basically half the world gets jackshit, and the other half complain when they don't get much.

If the game is worth playing, I personally think it is worth paying for. And for the time it takes to do a survey you may as well get a job in a sweatshop in Asia - they pay more per hour.

WGT sells video slots to advertisers who pay by the number of videos watched.

I will not watch a 3 or 4 minute video to earn 1 credit.

I suggest we stop watching any videos until WGT restores credits to the previous levels.
