  It would be nice to have answers to posts, provided by WGT, not by some of the smart ass players.

  How do I know if I receive comments from WGT? Not one reply has the name WGT!

  I don't think I have received any replies from WGT. But have to put up with the crap from other players.

  WGT, could you at least reply to forums, with your name "WGT" or "wgt control". There must be some way we can distinguish between the players and WGT!

  WGT have you considered the data being used by customers. Not all people can afford unlimited internet service. My server provides 5g of data per month, this is used up with in 3 weeks. I have not had this problem before. I enquired with my provider, and they informed me, that the problem is the amount of data being used by WGT is more then I have.

  I have 3 choices. 1 up grade my data, wich I can't afford. 2 only play wgt once a day for 1hour only. 3 withdraw from wgt all together, wich I do not want to do, as this game has given me life again.

   

  This problem would not exsist if there were no ads!

   

  As you can see WGT, I have spent money on your game! Is this not proof enough that I do contribute to WGT!

  I received replies from Alanti signed Joe. Is this person "WGT" or just another player??

  Turn on Adblock then, that will block all the adds. 

  However, your still playing an online game which sucks data. Sooo i think your up sheets creek. Maybe tell the wife less porn streaming?

  Joe, all WGT staff start with WGT (eg WGTicon). I certainly have never had any affiliation with WGT, apart from loving the game.

  As far as advertisements are concerned - use AdBlock or similar - problem solved.

  This game does use a fair amount of data, so if you want to play, especially  multi player games or have fast load speeds, an internet upgrade is required.

  Sadly that is the case with most internet games (as is the advertising component).

  For that reason there will always be advertising on the site - no company will stop an income stream) but as the end user you do have a choice whether or not to see this.

  Get Addblock for your browser...  free download or add-on.  Stops all the adds loading in.

  I have a Pre Paid Telstra Wi-Fi Stick,  which I used when I was moving house and in between Interent connections, I put in $50 and lasted me for a couple of months,....  Slower loads than normal (when I was using it) but was great to play the normal single games I play.

  The game has got bigger than it was a couple of years ago and loading more info into our puters.

  You might have to upgrade to a bigger plan, I'm sorry to say.

  Received a reply from Joe, sounded like he owned WGT. lol. But no "WGT" next to name.

  Looks like adblock and a upgrade for me.....

  Could not understand why they give us ads for the USofA when we are in OZ....

  These accounts are clearly marked in their names, but answers are rare, answers with a wee insight are scarce. A positive interpretation is "business secrets" which start at "what has been improved in the recent update" to "which developments do you have in mind". Less friendly thoughts are not excluded.

  Recently the presence of the two regular mods here has been defined as traffic police (my wording, and I add "entertainer" sometimes). Help for users in every aspect has been delegated to the users, i.e. the clients, as well as pursuit of bad sheep like multi-players. That is why your call for WGT answers is close to futile.

  C.S., as proposed by Courteney, may result in simple answers to simple questions AFAIK, but beware if it's more.

  And if you dare to look for their praised "escalated Nation members' service" you will return empty-handed - it's invisible, ungraspable, hidden in oblivion. The Nation page and the FAQ say it exists, but the only further hint which may point to it in a concealed way is this (FAQ "Nation", bottom):

  LOL sorry Mate, I dunno where I saw Joe?

  Alosso is right - customer service in its true sense is limited but the contact at the bottom of the page does work, but you may not get the answers you want due to the "confidential nature".

  I agree, I used to get US adverts, seemed rather futile and money poorly spent by the advertiser - but usually if there were no local advertisers.

  One thing that may improve load times (and possibly data  usage) is to reduce the flash quality (and other options can be turned off) under options. However this would be a negligible difference.

  So sadly an upgrade but shop around for a service provider as deals are out there. I think this game is worth it, but that is up to you and your budget.
