Buying club: says Master +

  Hi,
  
  I was wondering, to buy a certain club I need Master+.... say I become Master and buy the club, and I fall lower, say to Tour pro, can I still use this club?

  Once you move up to a higher tier you cannot go back down to a lower one no matter what your average is or becomes, therefore the question is moot.
