  jimbech: your window of 5-8pm local time.

  I'm not available on Wednesday and probably not on Saturday.

  Therefore let's play today, Thursday or Friday. Sunday and Monday can be backup dates.

  Russ and Jim: please note that as you try and schedule your match with John and Jean, they are into the next day already, as their time zones are so far ahead of yours.

  It might help to add a clarification of "x hrs from this post (WGT time)" or state "our Thursday, your Friday" for example.

  To the guys in my group I can play Saturday anytime from 10am cst til about 11pm cst, and the same for Sunday,  let me know what works best for you guys

  F :: The overlap for the 4 of you is the weekend, between 5-11pm UTC (10am-3pm WGT time).

  P.S. I will add a full post on the opening page of the thread tomorrow, containing format details for the whole tourney, and with a cross-reference to this post.

  FYI everyone: the first page opening post has now been updated with all of the Format / Course Conditions / Playing Instructions / Important links for the tourney etc in place.

  That should be your point of reference to find anything important!

  And this morning I have PM'd every player in the tourney who had not already replied to last night's wk1 Series Matches post, so everyone now should know who they're playing with and against, and be working on final scheduling.

  Good luck everyone. Even though I couldn´t commit to a time this week, I will still be around a bit, so message me if anyone has an emergency and has to drop out last minute.

  D :: The only overlap for the 4 of you is the weekend, between 8-midnight UTC (12 noon-4pm WGT time), assuming that 'possible' window can work for Steve. Cygnus can't play Sunday before his 3pm, so suggest you try for Saturday first.

  Wed: anytime from noon till midnight PST

  Thurs: not avail during schd time (but could do it earlier i.e. Noon till 530 PST)

  Fri: avail only 6-8PM PT

  Sat: not avail

  Sunday :avail all day

  Monday: avail all day
