If we can do it tomorrow before 11:AM (my time) that would be great.

For clarity, I'm going to reproduce what I sent out via PM today to each of you in this match:

Haven't heard anything more in the thread from anyone in your wk 2 group to confirm if things are scheduled or not, so I'm following up with this message to check that you've seen and acted upon this important Week 2 scheduling post, with details on your Best-Ball series match this week:

    D ::        johehejo & FairwayRuepel68        woodoworkery & natemakesaholein

D :: The overlap for the 4 of you is both weekdays and weekends, between 6-10pm UTC (10am-2pm WGT time). Only restriction is Nate can't play Tuesdays.

Jorg (johehejo) & Mark (FairwayRuepel68): your window of 7pm-11pm local time.

Gary (woodoworkery): your window of  noon-4pm local time.

Nate (natemakesaholein): your window of 1-5pm local time.

Please send out the necessary Friend Requests, set up a firm date/time with the others, and reply in the thread quoting this post so we know you're all set.

    Thanks, Corwyn

    --------------------

Gary, the available window where everyone's playable time overlaps doesn't start until your noon.

That's how this thing works: you need to consult the time chart here (or see pic copied below), and see where the 4 of you have overlap.

I've tried to make it easier by listing it out as well in these forum posts and PMs, but I still need you all to make contact with each other and firm up a specific time and date.

Has there been any communication amongst this group yet?

right-click pic to enlarge: note the highlighted block of 4 hours where you overlap weekdays

Just for clarity, 1i, please note that Jim and Dave's Saturday is your and Jean's Sunday morning, as you are so far ahead in your time zones.

I got this PM response from Dave (Cygnus) today:

I've spoken with jimbech and he's been working with our opponents to verify a time. At Bonalyau's request, we have tentatively scheduled our match for 12:00 AM UTC Sunday (4:00 PM PST Saturday). Jim and I have confirmed that time but I'm not sure if oneeyedjohn was part of that decision. I've left a PM for Jim asking him to confirm with John and then post our scheduled match in the forum thread.

If that's still the preferred time for you all, I believe the local equivalents are:

John (oneeyedjohn): your 7am local time, Sunday morning.

Jean (Bonalyau): your 8am local time, Sunday morning

Dave (Cygnus3000): your 7pm local time, Saturday evening

Jim (jimbech): your 4pm local time (PST), Saturday afternoon

[Note that I got a different PM reply from Jim, thinking that it was to be at his 5pm Saturday, so you should all get clear on which it is!]

Hello, tonight we would also play - we can stand from 19 o'clock of our time in the reduction. Should it not go today, tomorrow we are able and also Friday in the same time.

    Greetings Mark and Jörg

    More news re Match F...

    Corwyn:
F :: The only overlap for the 4 of you is weekends, between 7-11pm UTC (11am-3pm WGT time). Darren can't do Saturdays after 5pm so that leaves just Sunday! Please let me know asap if that can't work (and thus more juggling of matches needed).

    [....]

Darren (Dazza501): your window of 7-11pm local time.

Eric (LOLserver): your window of 8pm-midnight local time.

Wes (wesdogg75): your window of 1pm-5pm local time.

John (Dakotarov): your window of 2-6pm local time.

    ----------------

    Corwyn:
John (Dakotarov) has confirmed that he can be available (and Moosetaya can also be on standby if needed).

So, Dakotarov takes Wolf's place. Would participants please send each other Friend Requests, and confirm your preferred start time within the window above, either on Sunday or perhaps Saturday as 1st option if OK for Dazza.

Darren has confirmed via PM that Saturday doesn't work, so this match must take place Sunday Feb 9th. I'm going to suggest that you all aim for the first time in the list above:

Darren (Dazza501): at 7pm your local time.

Eric (LOLserver): at 8pm your local time.

Wes (wesdogg75): at 1pm your local time.

John (Dakotarov): at 2pm your local time.

    Whenever, I am easy.

    Eric

You did put that Gary, and that's what I have on the chart:

... but the only time within your 6am-8pm window where all the other players in your group can also play is a 4-hour period from your noon.

That's why I am suggesting the times in the post above.

    Does that make sense?

    Corwyn:
Week 2  (from now to Mon 2/10):: will be Best-Ball fourball with a set of six matches to be played over 9 holes (the back 9 this time at Merion) with the following conditions:

Merion :: 4-Player Strokeplay :: Practice Mode :: Back 9 :: Hard Pins :: Champion (Hardest) tees :: Tournament Green speed :: Moderate wind :: Uneven Lies :: 90 second timer

Whichever team is in the lead after the Worst-Ball series (or if still tied, the ROW team as reigning Virtual Ryder Cup champions),

As the team in front, Team USA shall have the honor, and so should set up the matches and be the first pair to tee off.

Please designate one player per match (per team as backup) to capture and share scorecard screenshots in the forum thread.

It looks like our first week 2 match will be  Match B (Daskino & Corwn vs Devonnnn & Deedles77), set to get underway in just about 1.5hrs from now.

Note that Team USA, who are leading by 3.5 to 2.5 points, have the honor for this series, and should initiate the match, and tee off first.

    Good luck everyone!
