Put the ball in the cup on your 2nd shot. That's all I can offer. Good luck.

maybe a 2nd account with top gear and closer tees - I think you should ask for clubs that will get you the hole in one on every par 5 award

:) - man dude - you dont' want much lol

seriously though - oakmont has some reachable par 4's as does st andy - i'm sure there are others but maybe play those in mod to heavy winds and get a good wind set that'll help get there

^Especially #9, even at the Master tees (294 yards), I can almost get there on a L69 RBZ 3W with good wind (15-18mph). Above 18 mph, it is there.

Unless you can drive the green making eagle on a par 4 hole is always going to need a big chunk of luck.  Sure, you can do all the maths and hit the ball just perfectly but holing a shot from 40, 80 or 150 yards is always going to have an element of luck to it.

Better clubs, particularly wedges, might not be the answer though.  A ball that lands and rolls out a few yards will probably have more chance of going in the hole.  There's always the chance of a slam dunk but I bet on most holed approaches the ball rolls into the hole.

About time we played Alex, and why not just in who cares practice mode?

If the new Nikes are better than the R11s it's fine lines for days when you is da king ding:) Nice irons m8 but not the rush you may think IMO.

Forget all this going for gold stuff IMO..........I can say that as I do it most rounds LOL, and it only usually costs me same here as IRL :)

You  probably know shyte (and care less) about cricket.  A good batsman in cricket knows to push the 1s and 2s along and the 4s and 6s will just come.  Now me I would turn up at the crease, and think I could start banging it all around, and got out way too often because of it.

You have great clubs m8 so just chill and let it happen.  Basic boring fway, dist to pin then putt:)

Play short of pin with forward spin. It are more like go in rolling up to hole.

+1 . I have holed 64 shots from the fairway , and never planned a single one . Every time , I was just trying to get to the pin for a chance at birdie . I will say though , that the best opportunities come from good ball placement , and knowing your clubs . Once you learn that , as well as the proper shot to take , then you will have better scoring opportunities . :-)
