Level up boost

  I am looking at getting new Irons soon.  Checking on the lvl 75 speed blades.  I also checked on getting a power bar when I get to lvl 74to speed up the process.  It won't give me an option to buy the power bar, only to give it as a gift.  Why is this??

  They're only available up to level 64.
