Flash "pages are not reacting"

  Does anybody experience the same problem that permanently a flash appeares with the message that the WGT-pages are not reacting?

  That flash only appears during the game and it drives me nuts; can't concentrate a bit. Anybody out there who might be able to explain to a computer-illiterate on how to solve this problem?

  Thanks a lot - I really would like to play again.

  Same here, and yesterday the meter suddenly started stuttering very markedly. Tried it in 3 different browsers - IE, Firefox and Chrome (where it's normally as smooth as you could wish). Did all the usual stuff to try to improve it but nothing worked. The game is currently unplayable for me.

  Since you're encountering these issues we recommend trying the following: 

  - Close other programs, browser windows and browser tabs
  
  - Have the wgt.com website open but minimized and not displayed
  
  - Play WGT in the original window size, do not maximize it to full screen

  - Turn off Reflections, Flag Animation, Background Loading, Avatar rotations, and WGT Lessons in your Options

  Done all that but still stuttering. This only appeared halfway through the day yesterday, up to then it was perfect.

  I've spent enough money here lest you be able to fix the *** flash.Si to play golf I have to do all this: - Close other programs, browser windows and browser tabs

  Ok further info. I keep getting (in Chrome) the "pages Unresponsive : Wait or Kill" message along with the stutter.

  BUT if I relaunch Chrome in Windows 8 mode it's perfect with absolutely no stutter!!

  I suppose somebody more tech savvy than I will know what's going on there?

  I don't fully understand relaunching Chrome in Windows 8 mode. If you are using Windows 8, what was Chrome running in before you relaunched it?

  find a older chrome to download and stop the auto updates.
