Randy and I played our first match tonight at Kiawah and after 8 holes we had both had had the lead but were AS. On the 18th I was fortunate enough to stick my 2nd shot to 4 inches from the hole and secured the win 1 up.

Played scamper2 last night and managed to win 2&1 on Kiawah and 3&2 on Bethpage.

    Kiawah back 9:

    DaveDwingdale wins 3 & 1

    Bethpage Black back 9:

DaveDwingdale wins 1 up on first extra hole

BoneKollector played tough throughout. His exceptional putting made for some very stiff competition even though it seems I was blessed by the WGT gods on most of my approaches in both matches, hitting way more shots close than I deserved.

Paul (PW9170) and I got both our games in, I made some long putts and managed a 3up with 2 on Kiawah.

On BPB paul and i had a very even match. i went up 1 prior to 18 and birdied it to end the night, Paul is a great player and opponent, will look for him in the future so he can even the score.

Played both our matches tonight. I won the first match 2 and 1. Bruthaaa won the second match 1 up after 11 holes. Very good matches. Met a fellow angler who hangs out on WGT. Seems like a great fellow. Hope to see him on the course again. May make a trip to Texas to do a little fishing. Good game John. I enjoyed it.

Actually played in reverse. I won on BPB and he won on Kiawah.

Blubear (Walter) and I had two really good matches today. Walter won 2 up at Kiawah, and I returned the favor winning 2 up at Bethpage. Both matches were closely contested and I had a great time. Thanks Walter!! This was a first for me to represent my CC, and I really enjoyed it. Larry

Just played my two matchs with Von, great games.

Kiawah we were AS after 9, played 7 playoff holes and I ended up scratching it out 1UP.

BPB was a good match as well, I ended up with a 2 UP win with one to play, so that's 2 and 1 I guess?

Vonlichtenstein, it was a pleasure meeting and playing against you, we'll have to do the Alt Shot you mentioned, would be fun.

    Round 1 - Kiawah Island Back 9 . . . while I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn, my opponent Dan (607papa) couldn't miss a putt and proceeded to  embarass me with a 4 & 3 win. Well Done Dan . . .

Round 2 - Bethpage Black Back 9 . . . Dan's win in Round 1 advanced him from Tour Master to Legend. During intermission he bought himself a new driver and played like he'd been on the Legend tees for months. The only difference in the game was the dreaded 15th hole which I managed to birdie and hung on for a 1 & 0 Victory.

Dan is a gentleman and one hell of a virtual golfer !!!

    Thanks Dan :-)
