Hello WGT, I'm a proud user of the Putter & Shot Pal here. I think they're very useful tools, and I take full advantage them.

Just one thing bothers me with them, though...

The opacity with them is too full and that distracts me when trying to click on my meter. Is it possible to add an opacity setting with a 0-100% slider so I can see my meter more than I can see ruler?

If so, please put that to consideration...It should be a quick fix and not to much to work on.

    Thanks, Buggyyy

nice idea - maybe after you drag or click to your desired power, the 'pal' just goes away altogether thus allowing your meter to be seen only?

I would use it if it did this

Go to CNet, download 'always on top' a nice little feature for using with shot/putt pal.

Activate your Pal, on the app there is a camera icon, click and then drag cursor over the Pal, adjust transparency as you wish.

Oh and you dont pay for putt/shot pal ever again!!

I dont use shot pal, hate it, use the avatar movements and this only for putting, you can reduce or increase this to your hearts content, also the transparency even more than it already is.

I use AV's as well...I just sorta "guess" a bit more or a bit less, if I actually tried a scale...I'm afraid I'd get too wrapped up in calcs...I probably should though as i know many of the best here do calc the distances and have great success.

Why use shot pal while you have one free with the letters "MM ORIGINAL" above the cursor ?

I tried putter pal and shot pal and absolutely hated both. My game completely fell to pieces using them. All those lines on the meter really did my eyes in. I know what each line meant but my I find my own judgement is far more accurate. Then again that is just my opinion and doesn't mean that putter pal and shot pal are no good but they are not for me. I know that putter pal and shot pal can be turned on or off in the menu but I just used mine up as quickly as I could to get rid of them. I am glad I only got the minimum amount of both. People will say "you need to get used to using them" but I know that would not have happened for me. I couldn't enjoy the game with that constant 'bar code' on the meter and it gave me a headache, I can't enjoy playing like that. Having said all that everyone will make their own minds up and some people will like them and some people won't. As for me putter pal and shot pal are a big no thank you.
