Was on -6 after 10 holes vs ChristyChelsea who was on +7 from Fairplay club.He had to take an important call and said please could he forfeit the match. I agreed but am not sure where we stand with points in these circumstances as it would have felt harsh to insist on finishing game.

    DJW2307:

Just had a cracking game with Dave Dwingdale in Round 2 at St Andys...A true gent and thoroughly enjoyed the game..Hopefully the first of many more...Anyway, although I was giving Dave a shot back as TL v L, he didn't need it and posted a brilliant 60 to my 62, so a win for Dave...Very well played sir and catch you again soon for another game

Just noticed we hadn't been updated yet.  My team needs all the help it can get.

What a match with MIck, very nice to play around of golf.  Mick went up on the firsthole then gave it back on #2. Pretty much stayed even hrough front 9.  Then Mick took a 1 shot lead afer 11.  Evened the score ack on #2, thenhe bogeyed13 to give me a 1shot lead.  He as ableto rebound and notch the match on hole 15.  I had a chance on 17 to go 1 up and lippd the cup.  Going to the final hole all tied.  I sank a 9 ft. putt to put the pressure on Mick, but it was not to be he sank the birdie putt to notch a tie. 66-66.  Had thecard posted but it didn't turn out as planned.

    @ Doubleaglerob

A forfeit gets you the points usually, but in Christy's case, (with agreement) a replay could have been an option. Unfortunately, he's had to opt off the team because of personal reasons.

    2 pts to Rob.

Just played my second round & won 73 - 74 (71 - 74 after handicap deduction). Didn't help when I dropped a shot at the first hole but ended up Having the best front 9 I have ever played at St. Andrews. Jim is a true gentleman & the best part of all of this is that I get another good friend on WGT.
