    Can WGT (or someone who knows) confirm whether the 'Email Members' feature is working now?

    I regularly use it to send updates to my CC members and don't want to waste my time if it's not working.

    I read there were some big problems with it in the past. Has that all been fixed now or are we still waiting?

    I noticed that through Account > Contact Info - there are checkbox options to 'receive emails from my country club' and 'receive emails from my country club owner'.

    I'm assuming either both boxes or the 'cc owner' one at least needs to to be checked in order to get the email.....that is if it the feature is working at all?

    Clarification and confirmation that it's fixed would be most appreciated :)

    I know our CC owner can not use that feature. She had been in contact with someone at wgt, sending them screenshots and what not. Good luck.

    I gave up on it a long time ago. I just put all messages in the club status bar or message individually. Help us out Chad.

    It is not (or at least was not for me up until Friday last week when I signed over Oddballs to the new owner - largely out of frustration with the lack of tools WGT gives to CC owners!)

    Here is a screen shot of what happens when i try and email our members.....and trust me, i AM the club owner :-)

    Shoe has gone above and beyond trying to get this issue fixed, so a thank you for all the effort.

    hi everyone

    I was told that it's fixed, BUT, it's not retroactive, so if you are having issues, please email us at members@worldgolftour.com and in subject line put CLUB OWNER. It will then get reassigned to an engineer who will manually fix the issue. It may take a few weeks or longer though
