Put these players on your 'Blocked List' and you won't have to put up with them anymore.
This doesn't work - it only blocks them from your profile (wall, PM) but not in the players' pool.
Furtheron, if you want to report them you need proof - be sure to save a screenshot of their abusive chatting and attach it to your mail.
The latter opens a valid in-game option:
- put them on the blocking list in your account to protect yourself,
- state in the chat, "I need some more of your foul language to save another screenshot for my report" - some may become intimidated. It may be likely that they quit the match though.
