I'm a Tour Pro at Level 50 and like the R11 irons a lot.  The problem I have with them is the PW when it's not at 90% power or more on full shots.   The yardage seems incredibly inconsistent.  Any time I have to go from 75 to 95 yards I have no idea what to do because it seems to fire an unknown distance.  Has anyone else experienced this?

I know the best solution is to get a wedge that covers that distance better.  It's going to be a while before I'm able to do that and am looking for a suitable remedy in the meantime.

    Thanks!

Get rid of the hybrid and learn all the shots of the 3 wedges that I am sending you. They will really help lower your score.

IF you have the credits to boost (or play mulligan style for an hour or so on 18 holes), get the G20 wood, it is at 54 or 55, but today is the last day for it. Also get the 3 wedges as suggested, your starter ones aren't going much further. The PINGs at 41/42 are excellent for the price/performance ratio. Also, get a good putter (L35 Ghost sider or L55 Rossa).

Wow.  That was far beyond the reply I ever expected.  Thank you!  I'm heading out to attack those flags with them right now.  I'll let you know how I progress.  Thanks again.

I try to hit all my clubs at better than 80% power if at all possible.  I find it makes them much more consistent.  The reason I replied is that that particular club in my experience is absolutely deadly.  It seems to be very accurate and forgiving to me. I have problems with the 5i from that set...

If you're curious, I use WGT GI3-S balls.

    ^^^This.

The fuller the swing, the better. Choking swings too much with spin and a missed ding is Deviation Central, you get some quite unexpected results.

Now that almost made me choke!!

Somehow 'deviation central' doesn't conjure up images of golf to my mind! :-)
