  Frankly speaking I had some difficult to realize that the dots are now bigger than before. It's just a slight increase, no problem with it. Maybe a good idea for some almost blind person! lol  Bye

  I agree with Tamsach, in fact I like the bigger dots and I'm not a blind person!

  I also notice a potential change in the sensitivity in the colors of the grid lines themselves.  Look at this before and after screenshot of the same putt on Merion #3.  We now see light blue grid lines.

  So either they corrected the greens definitions on Merion or they changed the grid sensitivity.  I'm thinking the latter.

  

  Which was it Icon?  Grid change or greens change?

  I've taken the new Nike Reds and Blacks out for a test run. The Blacks perform much as I was expecting - similar to the L81s but a bit more lively and with the slower meter. The Reds, however, are atrocious. A ball with these stats should play similarly to the Callaway L35s, but with the extra length balancing the extra spin with the irons to give shots playing close to the stated yardage with full backspin so biting better than the Callys. I'd go as far as to say the programmers have messed something up, because the balls are no longer off the tee, and are 5 yards shorter than the Callys with the irons.

  Icon should look into this as soon as possible. The Reds should be the best balls WGT have ever launched, but they are playing more like balls with distance 4 instead of 5, and spin 3.5. I think someone has programmed in the wrong distance number. Looking at the specs for the Nike Whites, this is how the Reds play. I wonder if they have been mixed up? If anyone tries the Whites, please let us know how they play.

  Careful with the spin on the Black ones ... here's a replay shot of mine on Congressional #7 . 180 with almost 7/8 backspin ... watch this boy back up wouldya...tournament speed greens.

  Crazy. These might sell. Be like crack.  :))  Crack habit might be cheaper though.

  The dots in reverse view are not bad, but when looking at them in regular view they are brighter.  This is slightly distracting as I putt in the regular view.  Here's to hoping I adjust to it over time.

  Edit:  Well,, it doesn't affect my game one bit.  At least not on St. Andrews.

  I understand what you need to Verify the account But how will it improve the game .

  Please tell me how that works .

  Started a CC qualifier round on BOF this morning.  Started off birdie, eagle, then left the game for breakfast.  When I came back and logged in, WGT did not give me the option to continue the game or to forfeit, it went straight into the gameclient with no options what so ever!!??  Always, in the past, one could simply exit mid game when playing single ranked round play, and upon return would be given the option to continue or to forfeit.

  This is something that happens to me always.  I can't leave a single player game and come back to it.

  Sometimes when playing stroke play games against others if they or I get booted I can't return some of the time either.

  We are sorry about the lack of putting/chipping grid, it was unintended and we are looking to make a fix.

  In order to complete your verification you will need to send WGT a copy of your driver's license or passport as well as a copy of a utility bill with your name and address on it. The name and address must match the name and address on your driver's license or passport.

   

  Are you having a laugh or what? Are you sure you don't need my bank account number, pin number, and my inside leg measurement too....

  This is extracting the urine....

  Suffice to say I shall not be going any further with this "verification" process.
