I have a few comments and a few questions.

First let start by saying you obviously have no equal here, you are obviously the very best player here of all time, IMHO. I, like others I'm sure, have watched your success in pure amazement. Let me say how tremendously impressed I am at your consistency.

Now for my questions. I'm hoping you are willing to share some tips by answering some of these questions:

What browser and what flash version do you use?

What is your pre-shot routine?. I ask this, because I only assume I'm doing something wrong here, while i make plenty of mistakes still as I'm still learning, i can only assume when a shot flys 25 yards long or short. that either i changed clubs, failed to change clubs, or the game somehow did not register the club change. Do you maybe take 5 practice swings, or wait for cpu idle or something or does this happen to you also and you are just much more capable of draining the 30 - 75 foot putt. I presently have a rather lengthy routine now, but I think I must be missing something more.

Which leads to my next most important question. Putting, do you ding, miss ding or mix it up. Presently i miss many 3 foot putts in these big tournys and RG's. I'm a ding putter and the putt will jump of the face crooked. Even when i switch to miss ding which i grew up on, the short putts will either fly by because i tend to give about 3 extra feet for a 3 foot putt or come up 3 inches short. Do you have a preshot routine for putting, maybe 4 or 5 practice swings or something, because I doubt very much you have experienced any of this, and I'm so obviously doing something wrong. For a 3 foot putt, do you aim for 10, 20 maybe and slam it in?.

Do you ding, miss ding with wind or mix it up for approach shots, what is your preference?

What about power? I find when I back off to 98% the shot has a tendency to travel about 105%, and if I back off to 96% it goes about 93%. If you back off power is there a spin you avoid?

Do you avoid a spin? what is your preferred method of distance control, spin or power?

Thank you in advance dansamcam, for your time, effort, advice and for any assistance you can provide.

First let me say this is a very well thought out post. But if I were you I would not hold my breath waiting for answers! People like damsamcam and BB and Agent Brown and others have developed these Skills and shall we say tricks through many rounds of practice. They know things that others DO NOT. They have to know something that no one else knows to be able to shoot these  unbelievably low rounds.

And really do you think they would be willing to give up this knowledge or tricks just so you or someone else can beat them in the next big tournament?? I and a lot of others would love to be that good to shoot 18 on a 9 hole round and 36 on a 18 hole round. But we all seem to have the same troubles( long & short shots, meter troubles, putts going way off line) but it is very clear that these players DO NOT. What is their secret? I doubt if we will ever really find out.

Now watch the defenders of WGT and the Holy Grail get on me about how I too can be that good all I have to do is practice and clear my cache and change my browser!! Yea Right, all of the troubles I mention (long & short shots, meter troubles, flying off line putts ) cannot be practiced away!

That's the main question I have....How do these top players go a round without VEM or a meter stutter, which happens way too much,or a WTF shot?? I mean it happens to all of us..right????

Yes I do, all three that you have mentioned (plus many more top players) have given tips, shown vid's of themselves playing, etc...and most likely will continue to do so.

Think of Tiger in is best form, do you think he cared if people/other PGA Pros, were watching his swing/etc, in super slow motion?

When you're good like those mentioned, you don't fear anyone beating you;)

And when they do lose they shrug it off and look forward to the next time.

Why not post a video of your rounds where you see this.  I am sure some very good players may be able to give a few pointers.  May help some of those stats you are working on. Won't help your meter, but things like long and short putts / things flying off line and your 23% 1 putts.....  Worth a try?

Many have very kindly posted their videos for all to see everything.

Another thread for your vid though that one as the OP was after finer points of one mans way I think.
