As a owner, I have found from the start a need for individual folder sections, of a selective and permanent manner.(within the club forum)A good example would be the clubs rules & policies. They should be seperate and stationed before or preceding the title. There are other subjects that are worthy of the same implementation.Having sectioned areas for these is not possible at this time, and all writing done by those in charge, whether permanent or not seem to vanish farther and farther down the page,as the need to post immediate matters as a club owner, it is impossible to do this with any amount of success and have them stay at the top.I am asking for help on this wgt. Each club would most likely want the same.My club is in dire need of this, having different areas under different headings sectioned off, would greatly improve the use of the personal club forums.Thank you for your attention in this matter. Also, a limit should be set in the number of pop-ups allowed, during a match, they are a problem...and thats a fact.

I will give this some more thought, but at first glance here is what I think is a possible solution.

You pin one Thread to the top of our current forum.  This thread would never be taken down or allowed to drift away.  There also would be no need to allow responses to this thread.

The title of the thread would be something like:  IMPORTANT INFORMATION PERTAINING TO ALL CLUB MATTERS

Once the thread is opened, then there would be basic instructions and then categories.

    For Example:

    Code of Conduct:

    Tournament Info:

    Who to Contact and How:

Then below each category would be a link.  That link would take us to a specific page on our club's own website which would contain the Code of Conduct, Who to Contact, etc., etc., information.  This information could be edited or added to only by people who have permissions to do so.  As a result, this web page would be an information archive that would always be available with a click of the mouse.

Should a member visit the page and have a question, he could submit the question and it would automatically go to the person responsible for that particular topic or category.

We could even have a tip section and articles posted by various members etc. from time to time.

I have more thoughts....but I will stop for now.  Hopefully, others will have ideas to consider as well or enhancements to this line of thinking.

Actually, my idea is to use folders pertaining to subjects of the cc and or common club matter ..conversation to follow.Being able to open the folder for each individual topic would be simple for all.So, I guess being able to devise folders for each cc to use, with a limit of such as well, possibly no more than 15....or thereabouts...

Your idea's are also worthy [][]WHIBB, thank you. BigArnL
