I just spent 25 minutes taking a survey about restaurants, and when it was all completed it said the survey was closed and never paid me any credits.  What kind of bs is that???

Actually that is the main reason I quit "wasting my time" doing the surveys. If you think about it time vs. reward (credits) is really not worth it, IMHO, unless a person is in a position to dedicate the time for the reward. Don't get me wrong it's a great way to earn credits,  just saying  "I have felt your pain and frustration".

They can be a pain but they are a good source of credits for me. Vids and Surveys earn me enough for clubs and balls.

I know the feeling and feel exactly the same way and thats why i gave up on them too.. Takes ages to find one you can do to start off with as after 10 mins and answering loads of questions it tell you " Sorry you did not qualify".. Real waste of time in my opinion too

Did you file a ticket ...  I did and got my credits.

    My Ticket.

Message: This is unfair to complete a survey and not get credit. If the target number has already been reached before starting the survey, the survey should say so at the start. Collecting all the information needed for the survey, then disqualifying at the completion of the survey, is totally unfair for the person taking the survey. You get all the information you need, and we get no credit. This practice needs to stop! Once the target number is reached, the message should say the so before completing the survey. Spending 30 to 40 minutes completing the survey, and receiving no credits afterwards is totally unfair. I am sending screenshots of the completed survey, with the target number reached. I expect to be getting the 132 credits thank you.

It takes a couple minutes longer to take the screenshots but the payout is better than zero credits,

^I Usually just try to get DQ'ed after one question, unless it is one that would work. I did a travel survey not too long ago and got 120 credits and it took only about 9 minutes. I got 180 credits in all today and just enough to get the L96 putter, gonna try it out later.

    OOOOPS....

Sorry, you've exceeded your survey limit for the moment. Sometimes we'll ask that you slow down a bit to ensure that others in your community have the chance to complete a survey. Check back soon for more survey opportunities!

I've looked into this, sent a few tickets myself and in almost all cases got the credits.

Find the relevant support team (Sponsorpay/trialpay/SupersonicAds/Peanutlabs) and ask for the credits with the following information:

Details about the offer, required actions to receive credits, date/time of completion. Screenshots will help too.

If you've completed the offer, filed a ticket, given proof of completion, you'll usually get a reply within a day or so. If they STILL don't reward you with credits within a reasonable period (allow a week for example) then escalate it to WGT but personally I've never had to go that far.

Getting credits can a bit like the 'waving a carrot in front of a donkey' scenario. There are some that are good and some that are bad, most will swamp your email with irrelevant spam in exchange for a few extra CR's. For many players they're just not worth the hassle but for some as an alternative to using a credit card they are a CR lifeline.

    The choice is yours.

Once you get in the habit of the screenshots, getting the credits otherwise missed is gratifying. Here is yesterday's ticket because the redirect failed before the payout.

This is the screenshot of the failed load.
