  I love to play here. But,It seems as those who cannot afford more $, are not able to get the best in equipment, for the prices keep climbing.It is not a constant, to hear complaints from me...but if you cannot afford the higher priced items, then you know your game can lack, against the ones who can afford them. It seems as though, with anything new, a higher price tag ensues.

  suggestion,-

  Idea*(Make an available list of item awards for achievements reached)...just giving the players a break on pricing would I believe, give WGT even more satisfied customers.

  To be accurate, the pricing here never goes up. We only see new equipment priced higher than some older equipment. I've never seen the price of an existing item increase.

  I have a way of looking at these matters. I don't feel we have a right to be a competitive player at one of the tiers. We have the opportunity to be competitive by our own accord if we choose. Those choices may have higher costs so in the end we're the ones deciding how much it costs to play here and how competitive we want to be. Some players have made the investment in experience and equipment to be very competitive, some haven't. Only we can decide which group is right for each of us. WGT has items on offer for us to make those decisions but they can't be held accountable for the choices we freely make.

  OP never mentioned current items higher priced. The word "NEW" is quoted from the OP. Talking about adding equipment and the price just keeps going higher for each new item added, like there is a contest of which is supposed to be higher than the other item. I mean, they act like they are a bum on street corners begging for more money. I swear they think everyone that is on this site is filthy rich or wants to spend countless hours earning for the credits.

  From this angle it would be great if some serious competition came along.  I do think they are  taking the mick a bit when there seems not enough going back in.  If they were going above and beyond with two new courses (I don't count the on the way putt putts), but they are not.  OK it's a business, and I get that but if a serious competitor ever came along they are not doing too much good will generating with this pricing structure.....Do they care?..probably not and will it ever catch up with them.............

  I haven't spent a dime on WGT and I can still compete with anyone but the elites.  I just rarely improve equipment, use cheap balls, and watch some retard in a banana suit eating Doritos a few thousand times.

  I have great equipment, it has not made me a great player. Equipment is a vital part of being more competitive, but the time you put into this, practicing, mapping courses, replaying shot after shot to get it close is more important. Getting as good as you possibly can with the putting is the real deal. I have mentioned more than enough times that I am not here to have my name at the top of the board. I don't take the time required to be one of the best on WGT. I play for the fun win or lose and that is what WGT is to me. It is true so true, if they come out with Virtual equipment that costs 100.00 for a new driver, there are people on here who can buy it and will. I have seen several lower tiered players with mediocre equip that can shoot my eyes out. That's a different discussion. Just decide what you want and expect out of a computer golf game and go from there. 

  I likewise have pretty good clubs, and play with the best balls and I enjoy & appreciate both. But I never forget my 27 at B9 Kiawah or my 58 at Kiawah 18. using the free clubs & ball. What was different then was my desire and concentration.

  Take an hour or 2 to earn free creds.slow but they do add up.

  As far as pricing. They go by what the IRL market price is. Give or take 5%.

  Then convert the credit price. In some weird form. Lol. \

   But take this into account,, There ball or golf cap I should say. Is way up there along with the rest of the elite products. $120 (12000Creds) for a $15 cap. lol

   That cost them $5?

    If the powers to be had 1/3 of a brain, business wise, they'd give away caps once and awhile to encourage advertisement of this site.  Many successful business models before them have given away promotional advertising items in a win win situation.  Make your customer base happy while advertising with a tax deduction too boot.  Just coming from an old senile 62 year old who only learned to operate this PC 4 years ago.
